Work Process
Inquiries: Customers/Buyers provides us the details of their required product like size specification, yarn composition & fabric construction, fabric weight, colors, product sketch or physical samples to duplicate, print/embroidery artwork.
Costing & Sampling: Getting the specification of the product we offer our customers a price quotation. If it is accepted we start the proto type or reference/counter samples & lab dips in order to get primary comments. Sampling will continue until the approval of customers.
Order Confirmation: Upon the acceptance of price quotation & lead time we deserve a formal purchase order from our valued customers in order to issue a proforma invoice from our side to get the payment confirmation by L/C or T/T.
Bulk Production: We start the bulk production once get the payment confirmation & approval of the pre-production samples. Your product will the go through our quality control process until packing is finished & goods are ready for delivery.
Quality Control : Our hard-working quality control team monitoring the quality control systems right from the raw materials, sample development, pattern designing, pre-production, cutting, Printing, Embroidery, sewing, ironing and finishing, packing.
Inspection: We offer third party inspection. Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment & the inspection is performed according to the International Inspection Standards AQL level 1.5/2.5/4.0 as customer requested.

Sampling Policy
Sample lead time: Usually we need 7-15days for the sample program. It`s depends on fabric availability & print/embroidery design (If any).
Sample charges: Sample charges are applicable (Except the pre-production sample) & will be deducted from the bulk amount for the relevant order.
