By minimizing rework (DHU - Defects per Hundred Units), we guarantee on-time delivery and superior product integrity. 

The Three Pillars of Our Quality System

• Quality Assurance (QA): A proactive approach focusing on process prevention, staff training, and the establishment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to avoid defects before they happen.
• Quality Control (QC): A rigorous, hands-on verification process involving physical testing and inspections of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final products.

End-to-End Inspection Workflow

A . Pre-Production (IQL - Incoming Quality Level):

1. Fabric Inspection: Checking 100% of rolls for holes, stains, or shade variations using the 4-Point System.
2. Trim & Accessory Audit: Verifying zippers, buttons, and labels against approved samples.
3. Lab Testing: In-house or third-party testing for shrinkage, colorfastness, and GSM (fabric weight).

B. During Production (Inline & End-line):

1. Traffic Light System: Real-time visual monitoring on the sewing floor to catch stitching errors (skipped stitches, puckering) immediately.
2. Measurement Checks: Verifying dimensions against the buyer’s Tech Pack to ensure consistent fit across all sizes.

C. Final Quality Audit (FQA):

1. AQL Sampling: Conducting random statistical audits based on Acceptable Quality Level (AQL)  2.5 standards before shipment.
2. Metal Detection: 100% of garments pass through a needle detector to ensure consumer safety.
